refil cartridge
The cartridge of the 3 and 6 ml pen push buttom version could be replaced when empty - the dispenser is reused for sustainability. The refill saves appr. 70% of plastic used!
auto seal piston
After filling our patented piston-actuator assembly "auto seal piston" is applied in a 1 step process. The cartridge is evacuated from any air when piston is assembled onto the product and sealed automatically, while the push buttom is applied.
The auto seal piston is shipped in a tray, when applied into the cartridge, it will adapt itself automatically to different fill levels.
Materials
All materials of the pen could be produced in PP/PE except the stainless stell spring of the pump and material used are also depending on the applicator type used!
